Hi, welcome to Field and Furnace.

Field and Furnace began as a dream in Fiji, where I saw first-hand that some of the best food comes from fresh, local ingredients grown close to home. Being born and raised in Winchester, country life has always shaped who I am, and that love of honest, well-sourced food is at the heart of everything I do.

Field and Furnace was built on the idea that affordable, sustainably sourced British beef deserves to take centre stage. From our food truck, I serve premium food made with care, using local ingredients wherever possible and homemade sauces made from scratch. 

It is simple really — great produce, properly cooked food, and a genuine love for what we do. Our dogs, also known as Chief Taste Testers, wouldn’t have it any other way.
